#ERROR 2 MAC INSTALL KASEYA AGENT DOWNLOAD#
Download the Remote Installer attached in this solution article and extract it.Rename the downloaded agent as required. In the Download Agent section, choose Mac.Installing the Agent on multiple Mac devices using Remote Install Tool Double click the FS-Agent.pkg and follow the onscreen instructions to install the Agent.Leave the parameters empty if you do not need to provide values for a parameter Enter the required information in the double quotes.Create a new file named AdditionalConfiguration.json with the following content in it.Extract the tarball file downloaded from Freshservice into a new folder. It's snappy, reliable, super fast to navigate, and BMS is solid. But I do like Kaseya overall compared to Automate. It sucks that there is pretty much no mobile interface for anything Kaseya though and their flash procedure editor is GARBAGE.

#ERROR 2 MAC INSTALL KASEYA AGENT WINDOWS#
I001: Burn v3., Windows v10.0 (Build 17134: Service Pack 0), path: C:\Users\DISTEC~1\AppData\Local\Temp\, resume: None, restart initiated: No, disable resume: No Please help any and all help is appreciated greatly This is not giving me a good impression and even though I'm not the final decision maker I do have some input when giving feedback but I'd like to give VSA & liveconnect a fair evaluation once this damn installer works right. Even when th LT agent fails screenconnect manages to do its thing properly and allow you to remote in to fix the issue or uninstall/reinstall LT agent. Currently at a loss but I like Automate alot and VSA will be a learning curve already but a unreliable LiveConnect client/agent will be a problem. I've rebooted multiple times, ran as admin, Java updated. I see the error in the log file but no way of fixing it. Not sure why this is happening as my boss on Mac installed w/o an issue and so does coworker using w10 like me. I receive an error every time sying about 0X800700ff - The extended attributes are inconsistent. We're demoing Kaseya VSA and are used to LT/Screenconnect combination - I haven't been able to test VSA at all in practical terms because the live connect installer won't finish running.
